microwave blueberry banana bread:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond milk
1 small ripe banana (mashed)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour {all-purpose or cassava flour works too!}
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 tbsp. blueberries
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. in a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and mashed banana.
2. stir in the dry ingredients, fold in the blueberries, and microwave for 2 1/2-3 minutes!
