When you don’t have class until later, you make homemade cinnamon spelt pancakes ? These pancakes definitely remind me of fall ? and cool mornings which I’m SO excited for ?? I topped them with cinnamon apples and had a side of @fage Greek yogurt with a @wedderspoonofficial drizzle! Happy Tuesday ?

HOMEMADE CINNAMON SPELT PANCAKES:
1/4cup + 2 tbsp. @onedegreeorganics Spelt flour
1 scoop @furtherfood Collagen
1/4 cup @bluediamond Almond milk
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 TBSP. cinnamon
1 egg
1 TBSP. coconut sugar (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Stir until everything is well combined.
