Wow it’s been wayyyy too long since I’ve made my single serving banana bread 🍌I’m blaming it on all of the traveling I’ve been doing haha! I snuck in some @santabarbarachocolate unsweetened chocolate chips this time and they got all ooey gooey… best decision ever 🤤 Topped it with @justins almond butter and some banana slices 👌🏼 If you haven’t tried this recipe yet, save it and make it ASAP 💃 #hhhmugcakes

SINGLE-SERVING MICROWAVE BANANA BREAD:
1 tbsp. coconut oil/butter/ghee
1 egg
1 small ripe banana (mashed)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour or oat flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chocolate chips/walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a microwaveable cereal bowl or mug, melt the coconut oil (about 20-30 seconds). Let it cool for a few seconds, then whisk in the egg and mashed banana. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes!
