You probably know by now that I love single serving recipes… and this ‘gf cinnamon roll bread pudding’ is going to be hardddd to beat ?? #ad Navigating through the holidays, being gluten free, can be a little tricky… but @canyonglutenfree came through and created a resource guide where you can find additional gf recipes + tips! I’ve been gluten free for a little over a year now {due to a high sensitivity aka my face breaks out} and @canyonglutenfree has seriously made it so easy. Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
2 pieces @canyonglutenfree country white bread (cut into 12 mini pieces)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond milk
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, coconut sugar, egg, and almond milk.
2. Toss the bread pieces into the bowl & carefully stir until they’re coated.
3. Pour everything into a microwaveable mug or bowl and microwave for 2 minutes! {optional: top with vanilla icing}
