#AD| Tomato sauce reigns queen for me especially when pasta is involved. And as far as I’m concerned, you only get the real taste of Italy when you pair pasta with an authentic Italian sauce. @napolina is one of the authentic Italian brands here in the UK (I found mine in Asda), and now they have added four brand new flavours to their passata sauce range, none of which contain added sugar, salt or artificial flavouring. Great news, right?

I used the Italian tomato, red chilli and oil passata sauce to cook a delicious butter bean tomato sauce, and paired it with orzo pasta. To make the butter bean sauce, you need: ** ?300g passata sauce
?2 small shallot, finely chopped
?2 garlic cloves, finely minced
?1 red chilli, finely chopped
?2x 400g tins butter beans, rinsed and drained
?1 tsp herbs de Provence
?1 vegetable stock cube
?1 tsp olive oil (optional)
?300g orzo **
(1✨) Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the shallots and fry until translucent. Add the garlic and chilli, cook for 30 seconds then add the passata sauce, vegetable stock and herbs. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes. (2✨) In the meantime prepare the orzo according to the instructions on the packaging then set aside. (3✨) Stir in the butter beans, season as needed then turn the heat down. Simmer for 5 minutes until the beans are hot. Serve the beans over the orzo and sprinkle with fresh parsley if you desire. Have you tried these sauces yet? If so, which is your favourite? #passataiton #napolina”
