Weight gain is not a bad thing. It’s normal and it’s okay.?
We talk about fear of weight gain a lot here, so I want to take a moment to look at why humans gain weight and how natural it is. Society is who taught us it’s bad, all because that belief is something they profit off of.?

Instead of focusing on weight, it’s about focusing on the things that actually matter when it comes to health- energy levels, sleep, digestion, stress, coping mechanisms, and so much more. So you can live a life with habits & behaviors that last a lifetime.?
