Anyone in the mood for some cookies ?? I always am… pick a cookie!⠀

Recipe adapted from Pinch of Yum⠀
White Chocolate Chip Cookies ⠀
8 tbsp butter⠀
1/2 cup sugar ⠀
1/4 cup brown sugar⠀
1 tsp vanilla⠀
1 egg⠀
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour ⠀
1/2 tsp baking soda⠀
1/2 tsp salt⠀
3/4 cup white chocolate chips⠀
⠀
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter for 45 seconds in microwave. Add sugars and mix. Add egg and vanilla. Once incorporated, add flour, soda and salt. Stir until blended and fold in white chocolate chips. Bake 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness. *Chill 20-30 minutes before baking for a thicker cookie if desired.⠀
