Deets: two @sietefoods cassava flour tortillas filled with sautéed kale, roasted zucchini and mushrooms, tomato, cabbage, avocado, mango, black beans, scallions, micro greens and this delicious sauce made with 2 tablespoons cashew butter, 2 tablespoons canned coconut milk, 1/4 cup (or more) cashew yogurt and sriracha to taste.
