Bell peppers with Quinoa and Beef 👆🏼😍 By @nessasphere⠀

👉 DIRECTIONS:⠀
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cook quinoa according to package directions and let it cool down a bit aside.⠀
2️⃣ Wash peppers, halve each lengthwise, clean out seeds. Boil water and cook peppers for 5 minutes, this is how they turn soft and it cuts your baking time in half.⠀
3️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and garlic until tender, add ground beef and cook thoroughly. Add tomato sauce and season everything with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and chili. Stir together and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add quinoa and toss to combine.⠀
4️⃣ Divide the mixture evenly among pepper halves. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you like.⠀
5️⃣ Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.⠀
