BRUNCH CREPES by @veganiina 🥞🥰

Toppings: ⁣
🍌banana⁣
🫐blueberries ⁣
🍫chocolate hazelnut spread⁣
🍶soy yogurt⁣
🍓strawberry jam ⁣
🧈vegan butter⁣
🍯almond butter⁣

🥞Vegan crepes🥞⁣
(Makes about 6 thin crepes)⁣
🌟ingredients🌟⁣
– 125g all purpose flour (whole-wheat works too) ⁣
– 1 tbsp sugar⁣
– Pinch of salt ⁣
– 20g vegan butter (you can use vegetable oil as well) ⁣
– 260ml soy milk ⁣
🌟method🌟⁣
1. In a big bowl combine the flour, sugar and salt. ⁣
2. Gradually add the soy milk and melted vegan butter while whisking (to make sure the batter is smooth and doesn’t have lumps). ⁣
3. On a hot pan lightly greased with oil/butter pour some batter with a ladle and then spread it evenly in the pan. Once it’s golden brown flip it with a spatula and cook for another 2-3 mins. ⁣

‼️You can add more sugar if you like them sweeter! I didn’t make them so sweet because I also made savory ones for my fiancé!😛⁣
