BRUNCH CREPES by @veganiina ??
Toppings:
?banana
?blueberries
?chocolate hazelnut spread
?soy yogurt
?strawberry jam
?vegan butter
?almond butter
?Vegan crepes?
(Makes about 6 thin crepes)
?ingredients?
– 125g all purpose flour (whole-wheat works too)
– 1 tbsp sugar
– Pinch of salt
– 20g vegan butter (you can use vegetable oil as well)
– 260ml soy milk
?method?
1. In a big bowl combine the flour, sugar and salt.
2. Gradually add the soy milk and melted vegan butter while whisking (to make sure the batter is smooth and doesn’t have lumps).
3. On a hot pan lightly greased with oil/butter pour some batter with a ladle and then spread it evenly in the pan. Once it’s golden brown flip it with a spatula and cook for another 2-3 mins.
‼️You can add more sugar if you like them sweeter! I didn’t make them so sweet because I also made savory ones for my fiancé!?
