Diet culture instills fear about food.

White foods are often called “bleached” or “toxic” or have “no nutrients”.

But food is food. And It is meant to be enjoyed, not feared!

Actually, per serving, these foods have VERY small differences in nutrients.

White foods are white foods 🤍, pink foods are pink foods💗 and green foods are green foods 💚.

I encourage you to choose a variety of colourful foods in your diet each day!
