I remember a time when having a dessert just because was off limits. Having one of these little bundtinis = “my diet is ruined” and binge eating was the next priority on the to-do list.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

A bundtini (or any food for that matter) doesn’t need to:

?create fear of weight gain

?cause stress
⠀
?make you feel all or nothing about what you eat
⠀
?lead to binge eating
⠀
Food freedom (aka normal eating) allows you to enjoy your dessert and move on with your day.
