Celebrate Waffle Day with a Waffle Maker! Don’t have one? It’s time to get shopping!

Happy Waffle Day everyone! If you don’t have a waffle maker yet, I highly recommend getting one – even a budget-friendly one will do the trick. Trust me, the joy of making and eating homemade waffles is unmatched!
Guess what made everything better? My delicious kabocha squash waffles! I whipped up a batch, added some maca for that extra boost, and arranged them beautifully with a ring of fresh berries in the center. A generous drizzle of almond milk yogurt, cashew butter, and banana nut granola completed the masterpiece. They were absolutely perfect and definitely made up for my early morning mishap. Check out my stories for the full waffle-making excitement! Happy Hump Day indeed!
