Celebrating Halloween with this SWEET CHILI COD with CREAMY SRIRACHA noodles and RAMEN spiced potatoes…literally this bowl was a party in my mouth! Don’t you worry I’ll be having my chocolate today too ? I had quite a bit with breakfast ? I made this bowl with @mikesmightygood gluten free ramen! I seasoned some potatoes with the ramen seasoning and it was a GAME CHANGER! Back in college I used to make a similar meal but definitely not with clean ingredients, so discovering @mikesmightygood ramen packages was pretty exciting. What is everyone doing for Halloween tonight?!!

Deets: potatoes seasoned with the seasoning from @mikesmightygood Gluten free ramen and tossed in a little coconut oil and baked on 425 for about 25-30 minutes, Roasted asparagus, red peppers, greens, avocado and hemp, cod brushed with sweet chili sauce and baked on 425 for 10-12 minutes, rice noodles from @mikesmightygood cooked and tossed in this sauce: one egg yolk whisked with a squeeze of lemon then slowly add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil (whisking constantly….can also do this in the food processor and slowly drip in oil. Once it thickens, add some sriracha to taste! *optional to add a little honey to taste as well. •
