Celebrating SEAFOOD SUNDAY with a twist on SHRIMP “BLAT” (bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato) stuffed sweet potatoes! Sautéed BBQ spiced Shrimp, spinach, avocado, tomato and bacon bits: SO DELICIOUS. Made these for my boyfriend and I the other night and they were a hit! Takes no time at all. They would make a fantastic meal prep idea or just a tasty meal or snack ? I drizzled over some @bertolli_us olive oil, amazing for your health and such a tasty brand! It’s the only olive oil I’ve been using lately. Tell me: how would you eat this?
