Celebrating Seafood Sunday with some SPICY SHRIMP with a side of pasta topped with homemade KALE BASIL CASHEW PESTO (recipe below, and tastes very similar to TJs!). Happy Sunday all, and I hope you’re all having an AMAZING weekend. I got to spend time with my nephew, browsed the farmers market, got some work done ✅ and spending today doing some cooking and more work. Deets: @eatbanza chickpea pasta topped with homemade pesto and goat cheese Parmesan. Shrimp seasoned with @primalpalate new bae seasoning and sautéed in a small amount of coconut oil, roasted tomatoes and Castelvetrano olives from @wholefoods olive bar ? Pesto recipe: half container of baby kale, 1 cup chopped basil, 2 tablespoons cashew butter, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, juice of half lemon, 1/2 tablespoon coconut aminos. Process in food processor until smooth.
