Craving these SPICY SHRIMP with a side of pasta topped with homemade KALE BASIL CASHEW PESTO right now! Throwing it back to this meal from a while ago, because it might need to happen tonight. Deets: @eatbanza chickpea pasta topped with homemade pesto and goat cheese Parmesan. Shrimp seasoned with @primalpalate new bae seasoning and sautéed in a small amount of coconut oil, roasted tomatoes and Castelvetrano olives from @wholefoods olive bar ? Pesto recipe: half container of baby kale, 1 cup chopped basil, 2 tablespoons cashew butter, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, juice of half lemon, 1/2 tablespoon coconut aminos. Process in food processor until smooth.
