❤️Creamy black beans, oven burst thyme grape tomatoes, rosemary roast potatoes ❤️A hearty Sunday lunch kinda meal?. Have a lovely day friends. ?Recipe Creamy Beans: Sauté 1 finely diced onion in 2 tbsp olive oil until translucent. Add 4 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp ancho chili powder, 2 tsp ground cumin. Sauté another minute. Add 1-15oz can whole peeled tomatoes and cook while mashing tomatoes a bit with back of spoon to break apart. Once tomatoes are somewhat broken down, add 3-15oz cans black beans (with bean liquid) to saucepan and stir to incorporate. Mix in 2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce. Simmer about 15 minutes. Remove about 1/3 bean chili from saucepan and blend on high until smooth (optional). Return blended portion to saucepan and mix well with remaining chili. Salt to taste.
