I love snacking on crackers & dip! Here is a fun way to add both volume, fiber and greens to your snack! ?

I like to enjoy 1 serving on crackers because they are delicious, but also enjoy the freshness and the crunch of the cucumber!?

Now don’t get me wrong, BOTH of these options can be enjoyed depending on preference. But this is a great hack that helps decrease the amount of refined carbohydrates eaten, increase nutritional value & still keep you satisfied?‍♀️?‍♀️
