Labor Day is just a few days away and it’s time to talk about FRUIT, maybe you’re going to the beach 🏖 or a bbq 🍗 a great opportunity to bring WATERMELON. My favorite😍 Did you know they watermelon🍉 is 92% water 💦, but it has a chockful of nutrients that help your body thrive💪🏼. Watermelon🍉 helps lower👇🏼 your blood pressure and it contains lots of vitamins and minerals💊 including vitamins A, B6, C, magnesium and potassium. These 4️⃣ ways to make watermelon🍉 will definitely keep your taste buds👅 on its toes👣!⠀
👉🏼Grilled: slice watermelon into 1 inch thick pieces. Season with grapeseed oil, chile paste, lime, and salt. Heat grill to sizzling hot. Cook 1-2 mins on one side, then flip to cook for an additional 30 sec.⠀
