Labor Day is just a few days away and it’s time to talk about FRUIT, maybe you’re going to the beach ? or a bbq ? a great opportunity to bring WATERMELON. My favorite? Did you know they watermelon? is 92% water ?, but it has a chockful of nutrients that help your body thrive??. Watermelon? helps lower?? your blood pressure and it contains lots of vitamins and minerals? including vitamins A, B6, C, magnesium and potassium. These 4️⃣ ways to make watermelon? will definitely keep your taste buds? on its toes?!⠀
??Grilled: slice watermelon into 1 inch thick pieces. Season with grapeseed oil, chile paste, lime, and salt. Heat grill to sizzling hot. Cook 1-2 mins on one side, then flip to cook for an additional 30 sec.⠀
??Fries: slice watermelon into preferred thickness. Sprinkle with chile lime seasoning, and enjoy with your favorite dip!⠀
??Salad: cube watermelon and feta cheese. Season with fresh parsley and mint, salt and pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and sunflower seeds. Toss together and enjoy!⠀
