This weeks what I eat in a day where I hit 2174 calories! The calories on the myfitnesspal screenshots will be slightly different as I workout my calories based on what macronutrients I eat. Some days it won’t be far off and others it can be over 50 calories difference!

I do this because I’ve noticed errors with myfitnesspal, so when I post food pictures, I calculate the calories myself 🤗.

🍌 Pre workout Banana.
🍌 Hot cross bun post workout.
🍌 @musclefooduk chocolate pudding for my first protein sitting of the day!
🍌 Tuna, sweetcorn & pasta for lunch. Second protein sitting of the day.
🍌 Quick crisps snack.
🍌 Homemade bolognese sauce with rice and poppadoms. I also added lots of seasoning to the sauce which I didn’t track.
🍌 Evening snacks including @womensbest protein bar for my final protein sitting of the day 🤗.

Macros for the day
Protein 132g | Carbs 299g | Fat 50g

I am currently tracking, but just to make sure I’m eating enough food to fuel my workouts and to make sure I’m eating enough protein.

I don’t have a set goal of calories but I do like to try and consume over 2100 a day ☺️💪🏼
