How to end with evening eating frenzies ?

1️⃣ Take care of the biological reasons. By this I mean you need to eat ENOUGH during the day! That means enough overall food but also enough of the types of foods like CaRbZzZzZ!

2️⃣ Take care of the psychological reasons. Are you not allowing yourself to have sweets during the day? This can cause an intense desire to have them later. Especially likely in the evening when you’re tired from the day and are like “eff it!” then some of what “what the hell effect” comes in and you’re like might as well go big or go home! For this, try adding more of those foods in during the day- intentionally plan them in!

3️⃣ Also on the the topic of #2️⃣ think about emotional reasons. What are you needing at the end of the day? Are you seeking comfort in the “junk” food? Is it providing an escape? What can you do to actually handle the emotions you’re feeling? Sometimes that might be some ice cream for a pick me up! But will binge eating it make you feel good and fix the emotions? Nope. You’ll be left with the less than fab emotions AND a tummy ache!
