these are gluten free, oil free, sugar free and vegan? and yet they are the best pancakes??
✨Toppings✨
?blueberries
?banana
?coconut yogurt (+black sesame seeds on top)
?apricot jam
?peanut butter
?dark choc chips
?Cinnamon-date blender pancakes?
(Makes 2 servings)
?ingredients?
– 100g oats
– 1 tbsp flax seeds
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp of cardamom
– 1 tsp baking powder
– Pinch of salt
– 200 ml oat milk
– 3 medjool dates (pitted)
?method?
1. Blend the oats, flax seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, baking powder and salt together until you get a flour texture.
2. Add in the milk and the dates and blend until fully combined.
3. On a pan fry your pancakes like you would any other pancake!
