CRISPY BAKED VEGGIE TORTILLA SAMOSAS with a GINGER CILANTRO AVOCADO CREMA! These are a cross between a quesadillas and a crispy ravioli ?They are delicious and I have a vegan option!!! Samosas: @sietefoods tortillas (see stories to see how to assemble), sautéed veggies (I used asparagus, onion, peppers, and mushrooms)….assemble samosas using egg OR dairy free milk for vegan, brush with coconut oil and bake on 400 for about 15 minutes (until crispy)….for the crema: 2 ripe Avocados, 2 tablespoons coconut cream, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1 small piece of fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoon coconut aminos, 1/2 teaspoon salt (process in food processor until smooth). •
