Throwing it back to these delicious tacos from a couple months ago, because I have back to back work today and probably only going to manage time for a smoothie this afternoon…. #adulting. ASPARAGUS and EGG taquitos with chimichurri and creamy ALMOND-TAHINI-SRIRACHA dip! I hope you’re all having a fantastic Tuesday ? Getting back to work soon, but wishing you all a fantastic day ?!



Deets: @sietefoods almond flour tortillas, roasted asparagus, @vitals rms scrambled eggs cooked with chimichurri…heat tortillas, fill with scrambled eggs, chimichurri and roasted asparagus and roll up…sear them in coconut oil or ghee. SAUCE: 3 tablespoons @georgiagrinders almond butter, 2 tablespoons @soomfoods tahini, 2 tablespoons coconut milk, 1-2 tablespoon sriracha, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce. Whisk together all ingredients.
