All you need is:
Bagel(use a slim for lower cals)
Olive Oil
Grated Mozzarella or Cheddar
2 Small Eggs
Chilli Flakes
Cook in Airfyer or oven, I did mine @180C for 6 mins.
P.S all Airfryers differ so might take up to 10 mins, mine is pretty powerful ??
