Healthy brownies⁣

▪️1 Cup Mashed Banana (~3 Bananas)▪️1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar▪️3 Tbs Melted Coconut Oil (or grass fed Butter)▪️2 Tbs Milk▪️1 Large Egg▪️1 tsp Vanilla Extract▪️3/4 Cup GF Flour▪️1/2 tsp Baking Soda▪️1/4 tsp Salt▪️1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips▪️1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder▪️⁣

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F⁣
2️⃣ Spray an 8×8 pan with nonstick spray⁣
3️⃣ Mash bananas in a bowl, make sure you have ~1 cup; add coconut sugar, coconut oil (or butter), milk, egg and vanilla extract⁣
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder and half the chocolate chips⁣
5️⃣ Mix dry ingredients with wet and spread batter into the baking pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top⁣
6️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean⁣

▪️1/2 Cup Cashew Butter▪️1/2 Cup Mashed Banana▪️1 Tbs Flax Meal▪️2 Tbs Water▪️1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar▪️1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder▪️1/2 tsp Baking Soda▪️1/2 tsp Salt▪️3/4 Cup Shredded Zucchini▪️1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips▪️⁣

1️⃣ Mix 1 Tbs flax meal with 2 Tbs water to create the flax egg, let thicken for 5 minutes⁣
2️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment and grease the uncovered sides with cooking spray; set aside⁣
3️⃣ Mix together the cashew butter, banana, flax egg and coconut sugar into a bowl; stir in the cacao powder, baking soda and salt⁣
4️⃣ Stir in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips and spread into the baking pan; option to add some extra chocolate chips on top⁣
5️⃣ Bake for 30-35 minutes and then let cool completely before cutting (I put mine in the fridge to speed the process) – enjoy!⁣
