Which is totally true if you’re calories are coming from nutrient-stripped sources…….⠀

But if they are coming from quality foods (like the ones you see above), with stable amount of protein at every meal… then a petite woman will meet her daily caloric needs, feel completely satisfied AND, when done consistently, will reduce body fat!🥳⠀
