🔥Another fitness myth that needs to die!
⏰Calories do not change dependant on the time you eat them. So if you are set to eat in a deficit with a calorie goal of 1500 per day it doesn’t matter at what point you eat these calories. As long as you stick to this calorie goal (and you’ve worked out your deficit right) you will lose weight.
🍫Now… where a lot of people fall down is that when they eat at night they tend to pick high calorie, processed snack foods that certainly will destroy your goals for the day. If you haven’t already seen it then go checkout my cravings post i made yesterday for some quick tips on low calorie foods 👍
👊I can give you all the tips & advice in the world but a lot of this still comes down to your own discipline. I can’t be stood at the side of your fridge slapping your hand away 👏
🦄So don’t let this mythical time stand in your way of eating. If you need to eat late that’s totally fine. Just stick to the meals you would normally eat and not snacking on that bag of crisps and dip or tub of B&J’s at the back of the freezer 👌
