Okay so it IS important to think about your meals (gentle nutrition FTW) and say “Hmmm ? let me add some protein, carbs, and fat because I know that helps keep me full and satisfied” but bottom line, ya gotta eat ENOUGH!?

Not staying full and satisfied may mean you aren’t eating enough. ?♀️ No need to overthink it. Also, some days you might just be HUNGRIER! ? Totes fine, totes normal, eat.

It can seem super confusing at first to know how much to eat ? and TBH there isn’t an exact answer. What I always tell members of @the_socieaty is that it takes experimenting to find out how to better truly gauge your hunger. ❤️ Some days you might eat more than feels good, some less, and I don’t think this is bad at all, it’s a chance to learn.

Pretend you’re an archer ?You’re shooting at a target and at first you’re probs waaaaay off. ? But over time you get closer and closer to the bullseye. Still might not hit it every time but you’re closer more consistently. ?? The same thing happens with understanding our hunger & fullness.
