🙌🏼Double tap if you’re hearing me!!! 🙌🏼 This is a #regram of one of my favourite posts as coming into winter in Australia, a lot of my clients have started asking me about crazy diets they can do in the next few months to shed the winter weight gain 🤦🏼♀️ I’m just here to remind you guys that healthy = balanced eating consistently over time!! 🙋🏻♀️ Healthy means still being able to enjoy your favourite foods and not punishing yourself with exercise.
