Healthier Honey Garlic Shrimp stir fry ??? Αka my new favorite dish ? I am a meal repeater through and through BUT sometimes I’ll switch up my sauces ? I love love love honey shrimp butttt most of the time they’re packed with refined sugar which I try personally and limit! Just a personal preference ??♀️ But I made these with a little bit of honey, coconut aminos (a great substitute for soy sauce! tastes almost the same), chili powder, garlic, and pink Himalayan salt ? I’ll post the recipe below ?? Kept the veggies simple by making some easy zoodles + broiled some frozen broccoli ?? Paired with the shrimp you didn’t need a bunch of fancy other things ?

————————————————————————— #lunch details: honey garlic shrimp: make a little mixture in a bowl of:
2 tbsp coconut announce (I like @traderjoes organic ones because they’re cheap)
1 1/2 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt, mix it all up and set aside.
Cook shrimp in a skillet in some oil (I used avocado oil) for about 3-4 mins then add mixture on top and cook for about 3-4 more! Wooo for easy meals!! Paired with zoodles that I cooked in the same pan I made the shrimp in + broccoli broiled in the oven (middle shelf or they’ll get burnt!) topped with red pepper flakes because I loveeee some spice ?
