Food diary ~ 2400kcal

Breakfast: oats with banana, flaxseeds, almond butter, @sweetfreedomuk choc pot, maple syrup and a little maca powder.
Lunch: @iamsuperfood chicken and lentil soup with bread to dip.
Dinner: Salmon with rice and veggies.
Snacks: turkey sausage and avo sandwich. Then I had some rice cakes and pears on the eve too which are not pictured.
Ps. The protein macro is wrong by 10g on the first pic. None of the foods mentioned are sponsored.
Still attempting to make gains. These macros work for me but won’t necessarily work for everyone.
