Omega-3 fatty acids are great and have shown to be able to reduce anxiety and some symptoms of depression, these can be found in salmon and nuts for example! 🐠⠀

Turkey is for example really high in tryptophan, which is a protein that makes you feel better! 🦃⠀

Tea, like matcha tea, can also really help you calm you down! 🍵⠀
