Four days until Christmas calls for easy TAQUITOS! Made these EGG, SPINACH and “CHEESE” taquitos with JALAPEÑO TAHINI dip for lunch yesterday and they were 💣 Used @yellowbirdsauce Jalapeño sauce in the dip (recipe below) How is everyone’s week going?! If you’re traveling this weekend stay safe, and most importantly everyone ENJOY themselves. We don’t get a lot of time to slow down throughout the year so let’s make the best of the time we have. It’s been a weird week for me, and I’m looking forward to family time and time with my love. Planning on a low key weekend and finishing up some last minute 🎅 stuff! •


Deets: Almond flour tortillas filled with dairy free cheese, scrambled eggs, sautéed spinach and seared in coconut oil. Sauce: @yellowbirdsauce jalapeño sauce mixed with tahini, coconut aminos, cashew milk yogurt and water to consistency. •
