🙆♀️ Everyone has an opinion on diets these days. The fact is, fruit should never be your concern for weight loss or health.
🤯 Instead, what we need to worry about is all of the other crap we eat. Processed foods (refined sugars, starches, fats) are far from ideal for our bodies. Worry about that. Not the fruit.
