FRYday lunchin so hard with this crispy spiced cod portobello sandwich and white turnip herbed shoestring fries! I could truly eat this 3 times a day it was that good. How is everyone doing!? Any big plans this weekend? •


Deets: for the fries, I cut up white turnip into very thin fries and sprayed with @chosenfoods avocado oil and tossed in @paleopowder seasoning. Then put them on parchment paper on a baking sheet and baked on 450 tossing them every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes. The sandwich: roasted portobello caps stuffed with mashed avo, crispy seared cod, red cabbage, arugula and red pepper.
