Good Morning Beauties, Happy Hump Day! Hope Your Day is Glorious

Good morning beautiful people and Happy Hump Day!! I hope you are all starting your day off on the right foot ? Today is shaping up to be a jam-packed day for me, and I must admit, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with all that’s on my plate this week – from work commitments to the big move looming ahead. But I’m reminding myself to take a deep breath and tackle each task one step at a time ? Remember, self-care is crucial, especially during stressful times!

Last night, I had the most amazing sushi date with a friend, and we ended up brainstorming some exciting business ideas that I am beyond thrilled about. I can’t wait to share the details once everything is finalized! There may be a fantastic event in the works for all my Boston friends ? Starting my day off with a delicious breakfast of acorn squash waffles topped with butternut squash chunks, strawberries, @foragerproject cashew milk yogurt, @georgiagrinders cashew butter, and @nunaturals chocolate syrup – gotta fuel up for the busy day ahead!

And because I love you all so much, I want to share the recipe for these delectable waffles:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup steamed acorn squash
– 2 tbsp @nutiva coconut flour

– 4 egg whites

– 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
– 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Spray waffle maker with @chosenfoods avocado oil and cook according to the machine instructions.
3. Enjoy every delicious bite!
