Good Morning loves and Happy Monday ❤️ I decided to start my week off keeping the same relaxed pace I have had since relaxing on the beach all day yesterday. I got up early and went to @corepoweryoga for a nice Monday morning warm flow. Came home and made a delightful creamy smoothie bowl with all the fresh fruit I got at @bostonpublicmarket this weekend. Taking it easy and keeping a slower pace on Monday mornings feels wonderful after a crazy past month. Feeling relaxed and energized and ready to attack my week. After a weekend filled with friends and laughter and sunshine and salt water, I’m happy as a clam (and as red as a lobster ?‍♀️). I hope you all have a lovely Monday ❤️
