GRAIN-FREE “OATS” ?Happy Monday lovelies! It was chilly this morning when I woke up! Definitely felt like fall ? I saw the new about Las Vegas when I was at the gym and I’m so sad to hear this. I’m still waiting to hear back from one of my best friends out there to make sure he’s ok. Tragic and so sad to see something like that. Sending love to all of humanity right now…I hope everyone else is too ❤️ After my workout I was feeling something warm. Made my maple-cinnamon paleo “oats.” These are super delicious and packed with protein. Topped with banana, blueberry, kabocha squash, @purely_elizabeth grain free granola with some @crazyrichardspb cashew butter, @foragerproject yogurt and cacao nibs. Perfect warm bowl for this fall morning ? Remember to spread love to all! •

Recipe:
2 cups riced cauliflower
3/4 cup almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs or one egg + 3 whites
1/2-1 scoop @sunwarriortribe vanilla plant protein powder

Bring almond milk to a simmer then add cauliflower and bring to a boil. Reduce to low and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in eggs, cinnamon, salt, syrup and vanilla. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in protein powder, top and serve!
