Happy FRY-day!!! Celebrated twice this week, but not mad about it! Today I’m celebrating with these thyme roasted sweet potato fries with a side of curried almond butter-yogurt dipping sauce! Made this dip with @georgiagrinders original almond butter and it’s AMAZING!!! What are everyone’s plans for the weekend?

Deets: Baked sweet potato fries seasoned with thyme, salt, pepper and tossed with some coconut oil. Served over arugula with crushed pecans, mint and this delicious almond butter-yogurt curry sauce. (1/4 cup @georgiagrinders almond butter, 1/4 cup cashew milk yogurt, 1 tsp coconut aminos, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tablespoon curry paste.)
