Happy FRY-day! The only hassle in my day today are these crispy potatoes 🙃 seasoned with everything but the bagel!!! Plus this turmeric tahini-yogurt dip was 👌 (recipe below) I hope you’re all having an amazing day loves! Waiting for my stepdad to arrive this afternoon and hosting a family pot luck tonight which I’m pretty pumped about! What is everyone up to this weekend??



Deets: mini fingerling potatoes sliced hassleback style and brushed with coconut oil and everything but the bagel seasoning…baked for about 30 mins on 425. Paired with greens, avocado and hemp seeds, crispy chick peas, roasted tomatoes and this delicious dip! DIP: @kitehillfoods yogurt (about half a cup), 2 tablespoons tahini, a teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos and a squeeze of lemon. •
