Mondays are for fresh starts and I’m staring mine with this black rice nourish bowl. The contents of the bowl are pretty obvious, but just incase they aren’t, I also have peas, purple-sprouting 🥦, and pan-roasted mushrooms. The dressing is a tahini-parsley dressing. To make it you need:
~
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons water
1½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 small garlic clove, minced
Small handful of parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt to taste

To make the dressing, ✨combine the tahini, water, cider vinegar, garlic clove, parsley and salt in a food processor. ✨Blitz until smooth and creamy.
