Happy SEAFOOD SUNDAY! I am not currently eating these MANGO BBQ SHRIMP (no added sugar!) but I wish I was. Landed at 5 am this morning after losing 4 hours due to time change and daylight savings. Expo was a blast and so good to see some of my favorite people and companies! My belly and heart are full. ❤️ BUT it’s good to be home and in my own kitchen. Made this meal last week with @marinadelreyfoods wild caught Argentinian shrimp. My new fave! Wild caught seafood is important to me, and you can check my stories for more about this. Mainly, wild caught are fed in their natural habitat without added hormones and dyes etc. it’s a more sustainable system for them and a healthier environment, making them “cleaner” for our health. Not to mention they TASTE better and have better benefits to our health. You should check out @marinadelreyfoods… they offer scallops as well. They are available in Sam’s Club if you have them near you!

Deets: cauliflower rice quickly sautéed and mixed with cilantro and red pepper, sautéed broccolini, sautéed red cabbage, avocado, greens and @marinadelreyfoods wild caught shrimp (sautéed and then tossed in this sauce). Sauce:
1 Mango chopped, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 3 tablespoons coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder, salt to taste, Red pepper flakes to taste, juice from 1/2 large Orange, Chopped onion 1/4 cup. Heat all ingredients over medium high until onion becomes soft, stirring every couple minutes. Then use blender or immersion blender to purée the sauce. •
