Happy TOAST (Tues)day!!! This heat is so much right now in Boston, not going to lie…heavy air! BUT alas, such is life 🤷‍♀️ I had a very challenging day yesterday, but making today a good one. Running around to appointments and doing work today…my computer broke yesterday so hoping I can remedy that. Sharing these toasts I made this weekend…they were BOMB. Which one would you choose?



Deets: Three slices sweet potato toasts (cut 1/3 inch thick and baked on 425 for 30 mins flipping halfway). 1️⃣ @artisanaorganics cashew butter, nectarines, bluebs, @spreadthelove almond butter and paleo granola. 2️⃣ @goavo spread, pea shoots, tomato, @vitalfarms egg. (See my highlights for soft boil egg tutorial). 3️⃣ homemade coconut milk yogurt mixed with cacao powder, strawberries, @knowfoods chocolate chips and @salbachia chocolate chia seeds. •
