Happy WAFFLE DAY ? It had been a few weeks since I did some sweet and savory waffles, so I made my favorite PLANTAIN waffles this weekend. I’ve shared this recipe before and posting again below. Finishing up a few projects today, because I have some exciting news coming! Also, I have two weeks left until I turn 30, and I am trying to take a little time off over next couple weeks from being crazy busy ? Which one would you choose first?!



Deets: 1️⃣coconut cream, berries and @salbachia chocolate chia seeds. 2️⃣ homemade hummus, avocado, hemp seeds and dill 3️⃣ tomato, arugula and a fried @vitalfarms egg. 4️⃣ banana, @spreadthelove almond butter, @nanajoesgranola, @knowfoods chocolate chips and raspberries. Waffles: Blend together 1/2 large ripe plantain, 3 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tablespoon flax meal, 1 egg and 2 whites. (or if using very large eggs then one egg and one white)
