Deets: mini fingerling potatoes sliced hassleback style and brushed with coconut oil and everything but the bagel seasoning…baked for about 30 mins on 425. Paired with greens, avocado and hemp seeds, crispy chick peas, roasted tomatoes and this delicious dip! DIP: @kitehillfoods yogurt (about half a cup), 2 tablespoons tahini, a teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos and a squeeze of lemon. •
