Good morning everyone! How are you all doing on this lovely Thursday morning? Even though the weather here in Boston is pretty dreary, I’m not going to let that bring me down. I started my day bright and early by heading to a tabata class at Burn Fit Boston, led by the amazing Sarah Gaines from Fit University. It was so great to finally meet her in person and her class really kicked my butt in the best way possible!
After my workout, I was excited to try out Barely Bread’s sliced loaf for breakfast. I made myself a delicious breakfast sandwich with one egg, three egg whites, sautéed mushrooms and broccoli rabe cooked in Nutiva buttery coconut oil. I stuffed this yummy filling between two slices of toasted Barely Bread along with some avocado and heirloom tomato. Let me tell you, this sandwich was absolutely bomb! The bread definitely lives up to the hype – it has a great taste, perfect consistency, and toasts easily. I’m officially obsessed with it now ?
