?PINEAPPLE SORBET!?
Low Carb and Dairy Free!
Just 2 ingredients?
4 1/2 cups frozen pineapple and 1 tbsp lime juice.
Blend until smooth. Eat immediately 🙂
It’s a great go-to healthy sweet treat!


?Strawberry Sorbet Dream?
Just 10 minutes + 3 ingredients!
3 cups frozen strawberries blend with 2 tbsp raw honey and a splash of water or milk.


?Paleo Chocolate Muffins?
Gluten-free | Dairy-free
Blend 5 ? + 2 eggs + 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp bs + 1/8 tsp salt. In bowl, mix with 2 cups almond flour + 1 cup dark chocolate morsels. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil + put in mixture. Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees F.

Combine 2 1/2 cups almond flour, bs, salt + whisk. In another bowl, mash 4 ? + 4 eggs, pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil + vanilla. Then combine ingredients. Add 1 1/2 cups ? into mix. Pour in tin. Add diced ? Transfer to the oven and bake for 18 minutes 350 degrees F.⭐️


?100 Calorie Cookie Dough Balls ?
Vegan and Raw!
Add all ingredients to a blender. 1 1/2 cups chickpeas + 1/2 cup pb + 1/4 cup rolled oats + 2 tsp vanilla extract + 2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + 1/8 tsp sea salt + 1 tbsp almond milk. Stir in 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips. Divide into 14 portions.
