Hey lovelies! I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time, but I’ve been really nervous about putting myself on the spot 🙈However, I receive a lot of emails from some of you asking for help with healthy eating or help with how to transition to a vegan diet. So, I thought it would be fun to do a 5 (most likely 7)-day vegan challenge. 🌟I have now decided to use my page as a platform to help you either eat a completely vegan diet or eat a plantbased (at 85-90% plants) diet. So I’ll start posting tips and useful information occasionally🌟

This challenge is for you if:
1. You’re just curious about a vegan diet 2. You want to go vegan but have no idea where to start 3. You want to go vegan but want to do it safely and healthily 4. You’re already vegan but your diet is currently centred around junk/processed foods or 5. You’re just up for a challenge 😊
